Just another Sunshineblogs.com weblog

If you find exercise boring, you are not alone. A lot of people are not interested in working out regularly. Despite what aerobic junkies might think, this does not mean you are lazy or too spoiled by an overly easy lifestyle. Life has become a rush from one activity to another for most of us and it is no easy feat to fit in one more commitment to our busy schedules. And let’s face it, many people find the mindless repetition of the same movements downright boring. It doesn’t have to be this way, however. There are many people who engage in activities that they find fun, as well as those who are willing to overlook a boring exercise routine to gain the benefits.

Whichever way you want to look at it, avoiding exercise is bad for your well being. Perhaps you have a successful career and earn a good living but it takes everything you’ve got. There’s no time for exercise, but you believe you can push through on sheer determination until your forties or fifties when you plan to kick back and relax a little. Somehow you believe you will be able to catch up on exercise later and focus on your health at some time in the distant future.

The problem with this plan is that life doesn’t always turn out the way you plan. Businesses can close, jobs can be lost, family members can have a health crisis and you can well find that you have to stay in the fray and keep working as hard as you are doing now. Unfortunately, if you ignore your health now and fail to exercise, you will not have the health and fitness required to meet those demands in the future. You can give yourself an excellent chance of having a happy and enjoyable life now and well into your retirement years by simply doing thirty minutes of cardiovascular exercise a day.

If your primary goal has been financial, it is time to rethink your priorities. Money cannot buy good health. If your high pressure lifestyle leads to high blood pressure and high cholesterol, it will have dramatically increase your risks of heart disease and stroke. Money cannot solve this problem. However, daily activity, like walking, along with a healthy diet can go a long way to recapturing your youthful vigor and giving you an energetic edge in whatever you’re doing, and might even add years to your lifetime.

It’s never too late to start. Exercise can keep you looking trim or can help you regain a youthful shape. If you are working in a professional capacity, appearance matters. Believe me, you won’t be presenting the image you want if you are overweight.

So even though walking, jogging, or lifting weights, can be boring and take valuable time away from your other pursuits, it is important to find a way to include it in your daily routine. Doing so will not only increase your general fitness, it will actually help your body cope with work and family pressure and increase your endurance. Now, that’s a good deal.

As an added incentive, you might want to consider that most members of the opposite sex will find an attractive body shape more appealing than a big bank account, especially in short term relationships where your long term financial position will be considered less important. Strange, but true.

It is in your own best interest on every level to take a step back from your busy life and find a way to include some daily exercise in your schedule. You deserve to do this for yourself.

Do you spend time looking in the mirror in the mirror and see a body that is not what you would like it to be? Does it seem like you’ll never have the body you yearn for? Perhaps all that’s missing is some regular exercise. One likely problem area for a lot of people is a flabby abdomen.

Ab exercises are a helpful component in any workout routine. Everyone wants to have a tight, lean midsection. A “six-pack” may not be the ultimate goal but a firm waistline is still something to work towards.

A rather unappealing bulge over your belt can be reduced with disciplined effort and a few weeks of focussed effort. Many women find that earning a flat tummy is quite a challenge but with the right kind of exercise, it can be accomplished.

It’s crucial to remember that you ought to incorporate aerobic workout routines into any program if you want to burn fat. No abdominal exercises will actually get rid of extra fat in the midsection. Aerobic activity is the best approach for reducing your waistline and all round body fat percentage.

Integrate ab exercises with aerobic activity using a few straightforward strategies. Make a deliberate effort to pull stomach muscles tight while carrying out aerobic workouts like walking, swimming or running. This is also helpful while doing lunges and squats.

Exercising abdominals does help to tighten up the muscles in the stomach area. Buff muscles look slimmer and they tend to pull the waistline in tight. Strong stomach muscles developed through faithful exercise will also strengthen your back.

A strong abdomen gives a strong back. If you suffer from back pain you can take advantage of ab exercises because the muscles in the abdominal section work together in collaboration with the back muscles.

It is crucial that you proceed carefully if there is any back pain. Make sure that you make an appointment to consult a family doctor before beginning any abdominal-strengthening routine. While exercising abs is expected to be beneficial to both back and tummy, these same exercises can also be hard on your back if not done properly.

Ab exercise makes significant demands on muscles in the back - you will notice this during or shortly after a workout. Don’t forget that an injury will set progress back quite a bit so be careful. While it’s ok to be a bit sore after a workout, unreasonable soreness can be evidence that you have injured yourself.

Once you have a work-out plan tested, be patient. It’s not really practical to expect to have a flat stomach. Start off by doing just enough cardio training and ab exercises to be a challenge. Every day or so, write down how long the workout lasted and anything that appears improved that day.

You could even go so far as to write down what you’re eating, how many glasses of water you’re drinking, body weight, and the measurements around your waist. After a month, take a good look at the chart and note your progress.

The abdominal muscles are unique in that they can be worked each day. Other muscles need some downtime to help them build back up. So go ahead and put together some ab exercises with just about any familiar workout routine.

Combining aerobic activity with ab exercise is a perfect way to get stunning results. Work on abdominal muscles pretty much anytime and anywhere - just put your mind to it.

If you are like most Americans, you are probably overweight to some degree. The American lifestyle is no longer a blue collar lifestyle, and factory work and farm work are no longer the norm. As a society, Americans spend more time sitting around then ever before.

Not only are Americans overweight, but many also suffer from a lack of sufficient exercise. The benefits of exercise are numerous, as exercise helps all major body systems, including the cardiovascular system, the endocrine system and the immune system.

If you are a regular “couch potato”, you may find yourself the target of criticism from friends and relatives who urge you to get into better shape. If you’re like most people, you probably have no interest in that, since exercise is often a lot like work, and no one likes work.

In order to do your best to avoid exercise, here are six ways to avoid getting fit:

Stay away from mirrors. A great motivator for people to exercise is to see how they look, and what better way to do that than by looking in a mirror? If you want to avoid even the slightest temptation to work out, you should avoid mirrors at all costs.

Stay away from large gatherings or family events. Many people decide to get in shape for an upcoming wedding or a reunion. If you don’t plan to attend such things, you won’t be tempted to get in shape for them.

Stay away from doctors. If you are out of shape, your doctor will only scold you to exercise. You can probably get scolded at home or at work without having to pay for the privilege, so why let the doctor do it?

Wear loose fitting clothing at all times. A lot of people become motivated to exercise when they realize that their clothes are too tight. If you always wear clothing that fits loosely, such as sweatshirts and sweatpants, you will never have that problem.

Avoid your friends. Friends like to do things together, and suggestions such as “Why don’t we start exercising after work?” quickly become tiresome if you want to avoid exercise. If you stay away from your friends, you can elude such temptations.

Don’t get married. Having a spouse will make it harder than ever to practice your valued sedentary lifestyle, as spouses tend to notice such things.

If you practice the above items diligently, you should be able to avoid exercising regularly. That will allow you to continue to fit in with the average American so that you don’t look too out of place should you ever decide to appear in public.

Here’s a message for everyone that still thinks that the quickest way to lose fat is by cardio exercise: boy are they wrong. Conventional cardio exercise can’t hold a candle to a new, much more efficient method of losing that fat around the midriff. There is another plus to this fast way to lose fat. It’s also the fastest way to build muscle.

If you spend more time on a treadmill in one day than most people do in a week-all in an attempt to burn off that extra fat and get a six pack abs- you are not helping yourself. In fact, you may be harming yourself, by continuing your current exercise program.

Why? Because what you are doing is very inefficient at getting results you are looking for ,in time, it may even turn ineffective. On top of that, there is a real possibility that you are risking injury and muscle loss by perseverance.

Do you want to know the quickest way to decrease your body fat and build pure muscles? You should decrease your cardio exercises and do more weight training. You might think that this will result in being just the fastest way to build muscle. This is not so, it’s also a fast way to slim down.

In order to lose body fat, you must be increasing your metabolism. To accomplish that you need to add some resistance training to your cardio exercises. By so doing, you will maximize your fat loss, as you will build pure muscle. And this will result in your burning fat long after your workout ends.

Realize that it is not just a matter of adding weights to your exercise program. But, most people go wrong by failure to understand that it is more than just going to the gym and spending hours lifting and going through the motions of doing the weights and doing cardio exercise. That alone will not accelerate your progress. More important than just doing the exercises, weight and cardio, is the intensity of the workouts. The powerful trigger to rapid fat loss and muscle growth is that intensity. The more intense the workout, the greater the workout’s ability to reach and affect as many muscles as possible.

Cardio exercise by itself can’t get you the results you are seeking because it is done at a moderate or even a easy level of exertion. So not only is the intensity of the exercise lacking, there also is a shortage of stress on enough muscle groups to get those muscles to grow.

Because of this, the fastest way to build muscle and burn fat consists of a training program constructed to be carried out with a high level of exertion or intensity, one that also includes stressing many muscle groups to the point of being fatigued. Such a program should reward you with great returns for your effort. Such a program will also see to it that your body will readily build muscle and burn fat.

Though you might be used to cardio and depend on it for results , it is no where near from being the fastest way to build muscle and burn fat. It is probably time to try a workout program with a little more bite to it.

To burn away fat and replace it with solid muscle you need a good plan Click here to discover more about how to do it Go to http://provenfastestwaytobuildmuscle.blogspot.com

Who hasn’t heard of Botox? Everywhere you look there are women claiming the miracle of Botox injections when it comes to looking younger.

But what’s the real story behind Botox? Does it really work miracles or does it have side effects that make it less than the ideal treatment for wrinkles?

Well, let’s find out right now in this article.

1

The truth of the matter is that while Botox may be effective at removing wrinkles, it is essentially a one-pony show.

What this means is that Botox is only good at removing motion wrinkles and does little, if anything to combat other signs of aging, sun damage, age spots, pigmentation issues, or the roughness of skin.

2

If that isn’t enough, there are some very real dangers involved in taking Botox that you may not realize from the beginning.

The first thing that most people do not understand is that a Botox treatment is literally an injection of toxins into your skin. The price that some people may pay for this injection is much larger than they may anticipate, as one result can be death. People react differently to different toxins so keep this in mind before you even consider a Botox injection.

3

If that wasn’t enough to give you pause you may want to rethink the price tag.

Botox injections are not inexpensive. When you combine that price with the fact that the injections must be repeated every few months the price tag really adds up. This is especially true in light of many great creams on the market that can accomplish everything that Botox does and more with a much smaller price tag and without the health risks.

4

You should also consider the potential for drug interactions when taking Botox.

This is a foreign substance that is being injected into your body and it has the ability to interact with any medicines you are taking, vitamins, and herbal supplements. You need to be open and candid about any potential interactions you may experience with this treatment before going through with it. Your life could depend on that.

5

Another major disadvantage to Botox injections however lies in the fact that there are some doctors who believe that the skin immediately surrounding the injection site has a tendency to become more wrinkled as the result of Botox injections.

Yes, you heard that right. In other words, the cure, in this case Botox, may actually worsen the disease by creating more wrinkles.

6

A final drawback of Botox for many is the fact that we really don’t like getting shots, and cannot imagine intentionally getting shots period.

This is especially true for the tender and delicate skin where Botox is injected. If there are safer alternatives that are equally effective, why on earth would we subject ourselves to this kind of pain?

Well, as an alternative, you can consider the wrinkle creams that are effective, but without the major health risks. Just as important to many consumers is the fact that they’re much more cost effective and cover a lot more area for the money.

So there you have it. Now you know the potential side effects and drawbacks of Botox injections as a beauty and wrinkle treatment.

So consider carefully the options alternatives you have, such as wrinkle creams which are effective, when it comes to looking younger.

Want the wrinkle cream that works? Then get the wrinkle cream that’s been hailed as the botox alternative that will have you look 15 years younger in under 7 minutes! Anti-aging, weight management, natural immunity, and detoxification of pollutants in our bodies are all topics of concern for us in the 21st century. Can it be that one substance provides a solution to all of these issues? According to news reports from Cornell University, the New England Journal of Medicine and the U.S. Government???s center for Disease Control, to name a few, it seems there is. This substance is colostrums. Colostrum is a thick yellow fluid, rich in protein, growth and immune factors, produced by human mothers for approximately 72 hours after giving birth. Bovine colostrum, colostrum from cows is 100 times richer in immune factors than human colostrum. Even better, it is not species specific which means it can work in humans and lower mammals. The powerful immune and growth factors contained in colostrum brings the body to a natural state of health and well being. The following are some of the benefits of colostrum.

Anti-Aging

After puberty, the amount of immune and growth factors in our bodies begins to decline. As we age, we become more vulnerable to disease. We have problems with loss of muscle tone and weight gain and our skin becomes elastic. An aging person exhibits lower levels of growth hormone than a younger one. By the age of eighty we produce, basically, no growth hormone. Colostrum stimulates cellular and tissue growth, repairs and helps to reverse the damage done by disease and the natural aging process and aids in the renewal of skin and bones. This makes colostrum an invaluable tool in the fight against premature aging.

Weight Management

Fad diets, fasts, yo yo dieting and rapid weight loss result in the loss of lean muscle instead of fat. Colostrum contains IGF-1, the most powerful growth hormone in our bodies. The growth factors in bovine colostrum and Leptin assist the body in an increase of metabolism, a greater ease in building lean muscle and a reduction of fat. It also affects the neurotransmitters in our bodies which improves mental acuity. If you tend to eat when stressed or depressed, colostrum also aids in this regard.

Natural Immunity

Colostrum contains proteins that function as antibodies. These are the most powerful immune factors found in colostrum. A number of recent clinical studies have shown colostrum to contain antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Although colostrum, as a dietary supplement, is relatively new to the United States, physicians in India have used colostrum as a treatment for thousands of years.

Detoxification of Pollutants

In an optimal environment, where we get enough sleep, eat well, exercise regularly and put no toxins in our bodies the body is a very efficient mechanism. When these conditions are not met toxins build up in our bodies. Taking colostrum can result in a significant amount of cellular energy. This energy is used to expel the waste stored outside the cells. This waste leaves the body from whatever channel that is available. Sometimes you can experience cold or flu like symptoms when first taking colostrum, depending on the amount of toxic buildup. Make sure to get plenty of rest, drink plenty of water and eat simply while detoxifying.

Colostrum is a food. With the exception of allergic reactions in person???s known to be allergic to cow???s milk, it does not have any side effects at any level of consumption. It has no known drug interactions. In addition to adult consumption, it can safely be consumed by children and pets. However, according to tests conducted at Cornell University, true colostrum is colostrum from the first milking after the birth of the calf and collected within six hours of its birth. As always, use due diligence in deciding which products to buy.

During your first year at school, you’ll learn that time is a very scarce resource. You’ll have to find time to study, work and have social life. Trying to make room for exercise each day might seem impossible. Hard, maybe, but impossible, far from it. College should be the easiest time in your life to exercise.

If you feel too busy for the gym now, when in life will you ever find time? When you graduate you’ll have a 9-5 job and you still won’t have time. Then you’ll get married, have kids and by then all your extra time is gone.

Most schools charge you a student activities fee which is hidden in your tuition. Usually, the fee includes access to an on campus gym as well as activities such as intramural sports, tennis and basketball courts and many other programs. If you don’t take advantage of these tools, it’s as if you’re paying for a gym membership and not using it. In this case since you can’t cancel it, you might as well use it.

When time is an issue, one of the best and most efficient routines to use is a full body workout. Go to the gym 2-3 times per week. Find one machine or free weight exercise for each muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves).

For each muscle group, do 1-2 sets at a weight that you can do between 8 and 12 repetitions (reps). The last rep has to truly be your last rep. If you can do more, you need to increase the weight. Read more about full body workouts.

For cardiovascular exercise you need to set aside 3-5 days of the week and workout for 20-60 minutes. The upside is that you don’t have to do all of it in one “sitting.” You can do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon and 10 minutes at night. You can pick any mode of exercise such as running, biking (to class), playing intramural sports and even walking.

Flexibility is also important especially when you first start out to prevent injury. A flexibility routine should be done almost everyday but shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes for your entire body. Start off by lightly warming up with a walk, jog or slow bike ride. Pick a stretch for each muscle group and hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds. Repeat each stretch 2-4 times. Aside from making yourself healthy, having a good exercise routine will make you look good, feel great and even relieve stress from all of those exams. Committing the time now, when you’re young, will save you a lot of problems down the road.

Here are some guidelines which can help you set up a successful exercise program during your pregnancy:

Some Important Do’s:

1. Check with your doctor before you begin any program. He or she can advise you on a suitable exercise based on where you are in your pregnancy, and is viable based on your overall fitness.

2. Always think “safety” for you and your unborn child.

3. Pick one or more programs that suits your physical level from a number of recommended programs, to include abdominal muscles, calf stretch, light muscular endurance such as bar bells, low impact aerobics, rebounding, sit ups, slow dancing, squatting, swimming, and walking.

4. During your exercise agenda, dress appropriately, eat properly, stay hydrated, and be consistent in exercising on a daily basis.

5. Monitor your progress on a daily basis, and modify or stop the exercise if you experience extreme fatigue or discomfort.

6. Be sure to get a good night’s sleep every day.

Some Important Don’ts:

1. Don’t do jerky, jarring, or extreme twisting movements.

2. Don’t make sudden changes in direction as this may cause dizziness or discomfort.

3. Don’t do curl ups or bend forward with you head down.

4. Don’t do any extremely rapid movements.

5. Don’t participate in competitive exercising - you want your exercise to be effective but gentle.

6. Don’t exercise for weight loss. If you’re gaining too much weight, see a doctor nutritionist to correct the problem.

IN CONCLUSION: Exercising during pregnancy can work wonders for keeping your muscles strong, your heart healthy, and your attitude glowing. Following these guidelines can result in protecting the health and well being of you and your baby.

While almost everyone has heard of rebounding, very few people are aware of its far reaching benefits.

Best Way How To Get Six Pack Stomach Abs Fast
Best Way How To Get Six Pack Stomach Abs Fast

You have exercised as much as you think you can. You have spent goodness knows how much money on all the new gadgets and expensive toys. You have read about and tried all the different exercises you have seen, and you still cannot achieve the washboard abs look that you covet.

I bet that there is one thing that you have not yet tried. It is the little-known secret to great abs and strangely enough, it has nothing to do with the abdominal muscles at all. Your problem is fat. I know what you are thinking “what do you mean fat, I don’t have an inch of fat on me!” Yes you do and its just under the skin on your belly.

First, lets dispel the myth that muscle turns to fat when you stop exercising. This is important because it will help us to understand both what fat is, and what it is not.. Saying that muscle turns into fat if you stop exercising is like saying that apples turn into oranges if you take them out of the fridge. It is just not true. While it is true that many bodybuilders become fat after they stop competing, cause and effect is misunderstood. While competing, bodybuilders consume huge amounts of food, possibly 5000 calories or more every day.

If I consumed 5000 calories a day I would put on a lot of fat. If I currently had any muscle, that would appear as though my muscle had turned to fat, which of course is not the case. Muscle is fibrous and attached to the bones with your tendons. Fat is an adipose tissue, which is stored in layers just under the skin, whose main job is to provide energy for the muscles. So if a bodybuilder stops competing but continues the same consumption patterns he or she will store it in the form of fat.

Now that we know the differences between fat and muscle, let have a look at why one is interfering with the other.

If you are working hard to build your muscles, and you should be doing your abs everyday because you are not trying to build bulk like your other muscle groups, you are not necessarily simultaneously reducing fat. Although you might be depending on the nature of your workout regimen, you should still build fat reduction specifically into your routine.

If you go to a gym, I recommend at least 35 minutes on the treadmill. If you workout at home then either get a treadmill or add at least 35 minute of running into your routine. By the way, of all the exercise machines available, the treadmill is the one people are most likely to stick with and continue to use. It is important to be aware that you will lose fat in the opposite order that you put it on. So for men, that means you will lose the fat on your back, shoulders and legs before the belly, and for women, it will be the butt and legs first. It will require patience to loose the fat on your belly because it went their first. But it will also be worth it because once that layer of fat is reduced and that magnificent six pack shines through, you will be a specimen worth admiring.
